ive seen a few pics so far, and i am curious -- who was the guy that played guitar with them? it looks like he was with them at each show. i know he was in the lido deck show. i'm just too curious

First of all- AMAZING. The guys killed it every time.
To answer your question, that guy is Sam Getz and he played electric and pedal steel for the guys for all of the shows. He's also going overseas with them in March to play for the troops. He's pretty much amazing and hopefully will be on with the guys for good, BUT nothing's been worked out yet from what I've been told. But he seriously fit right in and looked amazing out there with the guys!

I thought that was Sam Getz, but I wasn't sure. I only know him from what I saw of him on The Walk Tour.
Now, I asked Stephen over the summer what they were going to do about a guitarist. He said he wanted to keep it as just three of them, instead of having different guitarists in and out of the band all the time. But if Sam plays with them, that's great. I hope he stays, because it's depressing to get attached to the current guitarist (whether it be Souce, Dave, Kyle...), and then he leaves again.
Catherine, was there any update on how the album process is going?

Well, I'm not Catherine but I did ask SK how the album is going. He said they are shooting to have it released sometime this summer but they still have a lot of work to do. He told me that he wants to make sure that all the songs are about how they really feel and they don't want to have any "throw away" songs (not that they had any on Glassjaw Boxer). Everything is coming from the heart and they are working hard. Fingers crossed for a summer release!

Thanks! I hope for a speedy album release because I have no patience. Haha. But I also hope the album turns out exactly how they want it.

I hope GRO comes back too.
Jen- Haha. I actually made a peace offering of little sausages to her while drunk. She didn't remember me though, as far as we could tell. I will hate her and her "just married" attire and accessories forever though.
