Mine came, too. I'm confused because the liner notes talk about a song called "Howl at the Moon" several times, but I don't see that on my CD.

Howl at the Moon is a bonus track... it's listed on Amazon.com. Not sure if it's coming with Vinyl copies, or just the Amazon d/ls. If you can download it, DO. it's one of the most amazing songs in the world.
I'm sad because sarah & i ordered the mega fan pack pre-order & it hasn't even been shipped yet. I am jealous you all have copies. Hopefully ours ships soon...

Mine has supposedly shipped, but hasn't made it to IN yet. Tonight I was telling my husband that there was no way it would make it here before the 8th (although I got my shipped email on the 1st), seeing as Monday is a holiday; so I am relieved to hear that several of you have received yours! I hold out hope for mine to arrive soon!

And I totally caved on my ban on paying shitty s/h fees, the sixers powers are strong, and preordered the record. It hasn't gotten to IL yet either. I did find it online already, oops.

Yeah, I hate that we won't get it by Tuesday. But I second the Howl at the Moon recommendation. It's one great song! Loved it from the time I heard it. I'm glad the cd is coming out. It's exciting to see which songs people love. Mine are Born in the Spring and Oh Adeline. But they all are great.

I knew the CD was going to be great, but I had no idea it was going to be THIS great. It is beautiful. I don't know any other word to describe it. It's so great to hear songs we've been hearing live for some time now and these new songs are awesome. This album reminds me why I love this band so much.

The new cd is absolutely FABULOUS!! It's rare for me to find a cd where I enjoy all the tracks, but I can honestly say that there isn't a song on The Bear that I don't like. After I finished the cd for the first time, I had to go right back and listen to it straight through again. It will definitely be worth the wait for those of you who haven't gotten it yet. Definitely A+ stuff!!

Well, at least you have up to date tracking info. Mine has a tracking number, but no info on where it is. EDIT: As of today, it has made it to Cincinnati, so maybe, just maybe, it'll be in Indiana by Tuesday.

malary, there's not much to read.
it's usually a little premature to say i love a cd after having it for less than 24 hours, but i do. not only do they sound great, but the lyrics are fabulous as always, and the production is SO good.

Thank you for posting that these can be tracked! The email that I got saying it shipped didn't have a tracking number. Good thing I checked. Looks like I'm going to have to check with my local post office, because my tracking # says it was delivered on Sept. 4th, but I don't have it!

^No it's not availbe as an indivdual track. Either is oh Adeline version 2, and if someone can upload that as well as howl at the moon it'd be appreciated.

Okay peeps, time to post your reviews!
3.5 stars out of 5. Good production and some interesting chord progressions not usually seen in other SK6ER songs. Without focusing on the lyrics some of the songs run together. I would say this is the most "country" album they've made.
"See Yourself" sounds very much like a combo of the Black Crows and Tom Petty - I think it's that minor-chord in the chorus that sticks out the most in the entire album.
Best song - All Part of the Show/Shady Esperanto
Least Favorite song - Oh Adeline
Crowd Favorite - Shady Esperanto (hand claps!!..!!..!!)
Most interesting lyrics - Mabeline
Best Chorus - Dying Wish of a TeenagerAnother job well done!
