    Hello all,
I am new (but not a new reader) to the board and I have a question!
Does anyone know where or does anyone have any pictures with Stephen's handwriting on it (something he signed, etc.)?
I am getting a tattoo within the next few months of a SK6ers lyric and instead of going through the hassle of finding the perfect font to use, I figured it would be cool to actually use his handwriting. On their MySpace, they have this picture, but you can't really make it out, so any help would be appreciated! Thanks :) .

I have a set of handwritten lyrics to Fourth of July. I don't know whether that would help you or not, but email me at marissa.e.skaggs@gmail.com and I can email them to you as an attachment. Welcome to the board!

I've got Glassjaw Boxer, Milwaukee, and Father's Day handwritten lyrics as pdf files. You can email me at jenafur@charter.net if you want those, too.

I'm sure that Stephen would be flattered too, and if you emailed him he might even send you the text you want for your tattoo so that the artist could just copy it straight from that.

Interestingly enough, I'm wanting to do this exact thing, which is why I got the 4th of July lyrics. Now, I just need to get up the nerve! :)

Just the opening line "She was on fire, wild and American" or "Me? Well, I've learned to let go"

The other hold-up is that SK's handwriting is less than perfectly legible. :)

yea, if you do ask him to write it out. ask him to take his time and write slowly...haha

i don't want words...i want a graphic...like incorporating lyrics into a picture....any artists out there that want to draw one up for me?

Elizabeth (not me!) has a great flower in rain tattoo on her wrist.

I know that I'm so ADD that I would hate any tattoo no matter how awesome. I do like the line from the America Song, "I'm becoming beautiful, but it's so much harder than I thought..."

weird, I was planning on doing the same thing & just waiting till I saw the Sixers again so I could get SK to write it out... I will definitely make sure he writes at least semi-legibly, ha ha.

Thanks for the responses everyone :D

I have no idea when I will see the SK6ers :( . They aren't coming around here any time soon (at least, it hasn't been announced...)

I just looked on the main site and found Stephen's e-mail address, so...I e-mailed him. I sound like a crazy fangirl but, once I got started I couldn't stop haha. I never even thought to e-mail him, so thanks for recommending doing that :) .

The lyric is really up in the air. I keep getting drawn to...
"I will just keep breathing in."

i have the words "see you later, see you soon" on my back because it was the first song i feel in love with. plus, with it being on my back, when ever I walk away from someone they see that. I really didn't plan on that little coincidence but I thought it was funny when I figured it out. I do love the flower in rain idea.

i think i want "you get knocked down then you rise up again" on me somewhere. it was the first song i heard and fell in love with. or possibly something from days or anthem. or maybe something from america song. i'm so indecisive.

i really want to get some sk6 lyrics tattooed on me sometime... and i love cursive writing in tattoos in general... so this whole SK handwriting thing is something i could totally see myself doing, lol.

anyway, i have to choose a lyric though and ...that could take awhile since theres so many i like :(
