   I'm considering going on Ships & Dip 4 through the Sixthman Independent Traveler Program in February 2011. I've been listening to Stephen Kellogg and the Sixers for a while and finally saw them live last spring in Omaha, NE.

   Since I'd be traveling solo, I thought I'd join this forum and see if anyone is going on Ships & Dip 4 or whether anyone's gone on one of the Sixthman cruises with the SK6ERS before. If so, any feedback? Do the SK6ERS fans tend to find one another on board? Is there a fan show?

   Any input is appreciated.

   In January, I will be going on my 4th Rock Boat. I've always gone with people I know, but believe me, you should have NO problem finding people that you'll get along with. It's so easy to make friends on sixthman cruises.
   You should check out the Ships & Dip message board. I'm sure you'll meet some people in similar situations on there. https://www.sixthman.net/community/viewforum.php?f=59

   There are no specific "fan shows" but there are lots of intimate performances and impromptu jams and collaborations. It's really hard to describe how awesome it is until you've done it.

   Thanks for the advice. I booked my cabin and am checking out the Message Boards now. I hope you enjoy your Rock Boat cruise in January.
