the newest album "These Days (The Virginia Sessions)" is great.
Come Back Home is my favorite.

plus, Pat is dreamy.

he's still dreamy...although there's just something about Pat on a cruise ship that is not easily duplicated.

he's recording a new album and in the meantime playing some acoustic sets every tuesday in March at Harper's Ferry in Boston and i think wednesdays in NYC.
kinda annoyed he's not showing RI any love though.

If anyone in the Boston area doesn't have plans on Tuesdays this month PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come out to Harpers Ferry in Allston and support Pat's acoustic residency. Last week was the most awkward show I've ever been to because a) the venue didn't have any music playing between sets so there was this strange silence in the bar before the show and between sets due the fact that b) about 20 people showed up. Come out and catch the show!

I have a new stronger love for Pat after the show in VA on Saturday!
I love how the Pat McGee Trio show had at least 5 people on stage all night.
Great pictures, Elmo! We should've stayed up front with you.

Pat McGee Band is playing a free show in Boston at Bill's Bar on tuesday night. 4/29

you just have to RSVP to make sure you're on a list to get in. but you're also not guaranteed to get in if they're at capacity so I would get there early.

I am SO excited to see Sir McGee on tour with the Sixers this fall... I haven't seen him in almost 2 years because he's been all East-coasty. & Sixers + Pat = awesomeness!!!

Can I just say that it was really awesome to see the Pat McGee Band on Sunday? The set was so much more of a rock show than I was expecting. I was seriously impressed; I wasn't sure Pat still had it in him...hahaha...One of my favorite moments was during the encore when people were shouting out song requests and someone yelled out "DIAMOND!" The look on Pat's face was priceless Great show!
