Just making sure everyone saw that the NYE show info has been posted on their myspace. Its going to be in a town called Larchmont, New York. I looked it up and its 7 hours from here so I'm guessing its near NYC. The info says there will also be 3-course dinner and champagne toast God I'd so love to go! Hope some of you can make it!

wonder who will be with them? or are they doing it solo this year? i know pat & carbon leaf are def. out because they have their own NYE shindigs. they may have AR back again for this year... who knows? any guesses?

Each ticket includes:
* A full SK6ERS set
* 3-course gourmet dinner
* 2010 SK6ERS Calendar with the portion of the proceeds to benefit the St. Jude Children's Hospital
* A Meet & Greet with the guys
* Champagne toast at midnight (or faux midnight for you early birds)
* Plus (and this is the coolest thing of all), because SK6ERS have decided to go so intimate for 2009, they will be writing a song for each show, including every advance ticket buyer's name in it!! You will leave with a CD of the song!!
A limited number of tickets that do not include dinner are available at a reduced cost for both seatings.
The first seating will begin with doors at 6:00 pm, and will have you home in time to watch the ball drop!!
The second seating will begin with doors at 9:30 pm, and you'll get to ring in the New Year with SK6ERS, complete with a countdown at midnight!

To our wonderful SK6ERS fans who already bought tickets for the 3rd annual New Years Eve, we regret to inform you that we have been forced to cancel the event. Due to unforseen circumstances we don't feel that we'll be able to deliver you the high value and experience that we've all shared these past two years. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase and we are SO, SO sorry about the inconvenience. We feel terrible, but also would never want to give you anything less then the best. awww super bummed for those who were going to go I think its great how apologetic they are, some bands would simply post its canceled and that would be the end of it, its very nice of them to include a little note along with the cancellation.

aww that sucks for those who were going..it sounded amazing. but i agree, at least they were nice about it and still want to do something for the people going to the other holiday shows!
