Who is excited? I have to work, as does my hubby, so hopefully we wont be too worn out Friday!
Quick question... for every show I go to at Paradise, I always go upstairs. It gives a good view of the stage, access to the bathroom/bars, and away from the craziness of the floor (and crazy college students).
Should we mix it up this year? how is the floor typically? I am a bit older so i like to have my space, but we would LOVE to be near the stage!

I am so excited! I am always on the floor for shows at the Paradise and it's a good time! It can be a bit squished but if you like to be up front and close to all the action then I think you'll have a good time! I can't wait to see them..I've been waiting a long long time for this!
I'm always on the floor at the paradise too....and I've had good and bad experiences.
It all depends who you get stuck next to. I'm contemplating the same thing for Thursday. I'll probably end up being up front. The closer, the better!
I'm excited. Last night's show in NoHo was great and Boston should be even better.

I am so excited. THe ROC show just got me more pumped for these shows.
I definately recommend getting there a little early and rocking out front row style. As Elise mentioned the only downside is there is the risk of being stuck next to annoying people who either a) shreik at such high pitch levels you think your eardrums might start bleeding and/or b) have horrific b.o. and insist on talking about it through the whole set. But in most cases the pros out weigh the cons and it can be a fun and amazing night.
hahah...the combination of a & b is deadly...but it still didn't completely ruin my night.

Show was so much fun! I have the bum knee to show for it. cant wait for tonight. I have never been to two shows in a row and cant wait to see how they mix up their set list.

ya...she had no bra on and all u could see was her boobs....not that i noticed or anything...lol...but they were obnoxious...and the fuckin douchebag talking during Satisfied Man...FUCK that asshole lol

Just got back from the show for the second straight night and have been going for 6 years. This was phenomenal and ranks up there with the best, a little behind Bowery Ballroom last year. I hope that someone taped Milwaukee and will post it because it was one of the best individual song performances I've ever seen.
And to the six girls near us that would not shut up the entire concert, get a clue. I hope one of you reads this board and realizes how pathetic you were. Not sure if it was your first time being drunk or what but you were obnoxious and will know who you are because we yelled at you 18 times and you still couldn't figure out how to be stop shouting to each other about your wonderful college lives.
