I've made my own for 4th of July and Sweet Sophia. I have an LG EnV (so I'm not sure about other carriers than Verizon), but if anyone would like to know how to do it, let me know! It's pretty simple.

I use Audacity. You can download it for free here. Basically, you import an .mp3 to Audacity and then it will open what looks like a bunch of audio waves, you will then select the part you want by highlighting it and selecting trim (in the edit menu). If there is silence at any part you want to get rid of--just highlight and click delete. Ringtones have to be less than like 20 seconds, so a chorus or intro works well. Then you'll export the part you've selected (after you've got it all cut up the way you want it) as an .mp3. Here is a handy link that explains it better than I do.

    Hope that helps!

I just switched over to Verizon....was online today getting some ringtones and under "stephen kellogg & the sixers" they say "no results found"...waaaah! Are they gone? They have the band in their system but no songs? Am I doing something wrong?

I have Verizon and was just able to access them with VZWTonesDeluxe on my phone. Fear not, they're still there Jen!

okay so having an iPhone is cool and all...but the ringtone situation sucks!
even if you own a song on a CD and you want it as your ringtone, you have to buy the song for 99 cents and THEN buy the ringtone for ANOTHER 99 cents....
and only some songs are able to be made into ringtones.
SO even though i own the entire SK CD catalog....i can't have an SK ringtone unless i want to spend another buck on a song i probably already have 35 copies of! (i understand it's only a dollar but it's just the point that this music can ALREADY be played through the same exact speakers!!)
i'm sure someone has figured a way to hack this....but i'm not about to mess with Steve Jobs!
